We take our SIMS support from One IT SS rather than our own LA and have done so for approx 5 years. The knowledge and support are outstanding in this team. We do not access their technical support as we fully support our own but I would not hesitate to ask for their help if necessary.

One IT SS have supported us fully in moving the school forward in whatever IT direction has best met our needs. Their staff are constantly trained in the latest products which allows the school to remain abreast and exploit the latest technologies available; this has made a significant and positive impact on our teaching and learning.

One IT are a great team of people who often go above and beyond our SLA.

Harewood Primary have worked extremely successfully with One IT Services and Solutions for over 12 years. Throughout that time the support we have received has been excellent; no request is too much trouble.

In 2009 Stockton Borough Council produced a report that would have seen SICTU moved into their corporate IT (Xentrall), however such is the esteem that SICTU were held that Stockton Heads fought and won the argument to keep the service within education – there can be no higher compliment from Stockton schools on the service they provide.

I have always received excellent service both through the help desk (including access to senior staff) and through in-school technical support. We currently have a weekly timetabled visit which is sufficient to maintain the systems and deal with issues in a three form entry primary school with over one hundred computers. One IT SS provides a very personable team who make strong links with the school, getting to know the school systems, the staff and their needs well. This helps to ensure that all problems are rectified in a short time with as little down time as possible. As a Headteacher in a relatively small authority I am aware that these views and experiences are shared by my colleagues
