Key Dates for the School Workforce Census 2025:

Census date: 06/11/2025
Deadline for submitting your data: 05/12/2025
Absence collected from 01/09/2024 to 31/08/2025
Continuous contracts collected from 01/09/2024 to 06/11/2025

Click here to view pay scales for teaching staff. You will need to update these in your MIS before running your workforce census. Support staff pay scales vary so you will need to contact your payroll provider to obtain a copy.
