New Audio Visual Maintenance Service for Schools
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Audio Visual Maintenance Service, designed to enhance and prolong the life of your school’s AV equipment.
Service Details
- Cost: £22 per projector per term (£66 per year)
What’s Included?
As part of this service, a trained One IT Technical Support Engineer will visit your school three times a year to clean and maintain your AV systems. Regular maintenance ensures a consistently clear and crisp image, extending the lifespan of your projectors.
In addition to routine cleaning, our service includes:
- 1 Hour Emergency Response: Guaranteed during Ofsted visits for any projector issues.
- Hardware Support: Loan replacements, realignment, refocusing, and keystone correction of projector images.
- Interactive Devices Maintenance: Recalibration and cleaning of interactive whiteboards or touch screen devices.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Documentation of projector lamp hours, as well as assessments of the projector’s condition and image quality.
